    We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order.


    Order Processing

    Once order has been placed, it typically take 5 to 7 days for orders to ship. However, due to items that may be on back order, or out of stock, there may be a delay in shipping ( no more that 3 to 4 days).

    In instances where items used for printing are out of stock, information referencing delays, will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer.

    Once Order Shipps

    You will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during check out. Contact us if you have questions about your order.


    Shipping

    We ship via USPS (first class or priority).
    Shipping within the US, there is a Flat Fee Rate of $4.50
    Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

    In the event that there are delivery issues caused by USPS after tracking number shows package was "successfully delivered", it is not the responsibility of City Farm Girls. Those issues must be resolved by the postal service.

If not, then, please let us know how you would like for us to replace the product or provide store credit for returns. The credit will never expire and can be used like cash atcityfarmgirls.com. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount and any applicable sales tax. We are unable to refund any shipping costs since these are paid to a third party.  If your product was purchased with a temporary or onetime discount code, you will receive credit for the discounted amount paid only
